A natural coach, for more than 30 years, Dr. Tobey has participated in, designed, and delivered personal growth and development seminars and workshops. He is a graduate of Coach U and is former officer and active participant in the Philadelphia Area Coaches Alliance. Tobey has also earned the Professional Certified Coach credential through the International Coach Federation.
Haas is dedicated to guiding and enabling individuals and groups to transform their careers, workplaces, personal lives and even their health. He believes coaching is a logical extension of his varied experiences with teaching, research, development and management consulting, and it appeals to his inquisitive nature.
The former Corporate Vice President, professor and research scientist holds a Ph.D. in applied mathematics and experimental psychology from Harvard University and has served as a management consultant to Fortune 500 companies like Hallmark and Coca Cola.
